Isreal J. Henry is a versatile actor and multi-talented artist with talent spanning film, television, and theater. Born in Dallas, Texas, Henry’s innate ability to entertain through dance, modeling, acting, and hosting established him as a ‘quadruple’ phenomenon.
Throughout his career, he has played lead roles in notable works such as The Choir and 12 Steps. In addition, he has played supporting roles in short films such as Why Women Trip. Among his theater roles were Strangers On A Pew, Solomon’s Dilemma, and One Night Stand.
During his career, he starred in television shows such as Complicated, ABC’s Day Break, and Turning Tides. In addition to appearing in films like Paper Badge, A Woman’s Worth, and Sins of a Son, he won the Best Supporting Actor Award for the stage production of Stage Black.
Besides acting, other things also captured Henry’s attention. Aside from his role as a community leader here in Grand Prairie and the DFW metroplex, he is also a Civil Rights Activist and serves as the NAACP Political Action Chairperson.
